Asparagus spears and fresh salmon fillets brushed with a honey-dijon sauce and are steam baked together for a simple, but elegant and delicious meal.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 17 Minutes
Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1-1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. white pepper
4 sheets (12 x 18-inches each)
Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
1 pound fresh asparagus spears
4 salmon fillets, thawed if necessary
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Blend honey, mustard, butter, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Center 1/4 of asparagus on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Top with Alaska salmon fillets; drizzled with honey-mustard sauce. Sprinkle with walnuts.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
 
Step 5  Step 5:
Place packets in oven and bake for 17 to 23 minutes or grill for 9 to 11 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
 
Step 6  Step 6:
Serve with a slice of Foccacia Bread.
