Swiss and cheddar cheese surround ham and peppers in a pizza dough crust.

PREP TIME: 8 Minutes
COOK TIME: 11 Minutes
Ingredients

2 ounces (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
2 ounces (1/2 cup) swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup (about 6 oz) cooked ham, chopped
1/4 cup green or red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 (10 ounce) can Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
**Cooks Tip: Slice swiss cheese into thin strips lengthwise, then crosswise to make small shreds.

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Combine all ingredients except pizza crust in a medium bowl; mix well.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Unroll dough; place on a greased cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to 14x8-inch rectangle. Cut into four 7x4-inch rectangles; separate slightly.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Spoon about 1/2 cup ham and cheese mixture onto half of each rectangle; fold dough over filling. Press edges with fork to seal; prick tops with fork.
 
Step 5  Step 5:
Bake at 425 degrees F for 11 to 16 minutes or until golden brown.
 
Step 6  Step 6:
Serve with garlic bread and Key's Cafe Chocolate Cake!
 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with potato chips and Sausalito milk chocolate macadamia nut cookies.
