Chicken breast halves topped with an onion, tomato, and olive mixture are sealed into individual foil packets that are grilled creating a quick and delicious meal.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
Ingredients

4 sheets (12 x 18-inches each) Aluminum Foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lb.)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with garlic and onions, drained
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Top with onion. Combine tomatoes and olives; spoon over top.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Bake 20 to 25 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 14 to 18 minutes in covered grill. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
 
Step 5  Step 5:
Serve over spaghetti or couscous.
