Cucumber White Sangria


Light, refreshing and easy to sip on during quality time on the patio. The combination of cucumber and mint is particularly cooling on hot summer days.

SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: Minutes

Ingredients

1 bottle Pinot Grigio wine
2/3 cup cucumber vodka
1/3 sugar
1 English cucumber
1 lime
2 cups green grapes
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
ice cubes

Directions

	Step 1: Chill wine. Cut grapes in half and thinly slice the cucumber and the lime. Reserve a dozen slices of cucumber to garnish the edge of the serving glasses. Remove mint leaves from the stems.

	Step 2: Pour cold wine into a 2 quart pitcher. Add cucumber vodka and sugar, stir to mix well. Add the cucumber and lime slices as well as the cut grapes and whole mint leaves. Stir gently to mix. Can be made and refrigerated up to two hours prior to serving. Just before serving add ice cubes to the pitcher.

	SERVING SUGGESTION: Make a small cut in the reserved cucumber slices to place them on the edge of the serving glasses.
