Grilled Salmon with Dill Balsamic Vinegar
Grilled Salmon with Dill Balsamic Vinegar Grilled Salmon with Dill Balsamic Vinegar
Salmon is quickly marinated in an infused balsamic vinegar and then grilled and topped with a splash more of balsamic vinegar. Wonderful.
SERVES: 2
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
Ingredients

2, 4-6 Oz. Salmon Fillets
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh Dill for Garnish (optional)

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Remove skin from salmon, if desired. Place salmon in ziptop bag. Add 1/4 cup of dill balsamic vinegar, seal and let marinate for 10 minutes - no longer.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Remove salmon from bag and place on medium high grill. Grill on medium high grill or grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side until the fish can be flaked with a fork.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
You can reserve the balsamic and reduce by half slowly over low heat, if you'd like a strong balsamic with the fish. A little of this reduction goes a long way. OR you can use balsamic from the bottle to drizzle ... this is a brighter flavor.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Place salmon on serving plate and drizzle your dill balsamic over the top and garnish with fresh dill. Serve with a salad of mixed greens.
