Grilled Chicken with Blueberry Sauce


Sweet and tart blueberry sauce gives chicken a new and flavorful dimension.

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup Apricot Spreadable Fruit
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Brown Mustard
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 Tbsp. Water
4 Chicken Breasts

Directions

	Blueberry Sauce: In a small sauce pan, combine apricot spreadable fruit, white wine vinegar, brown mustard, blueberries and water. Mix well and simmer over moderately high heat for approx 5-7 minutes.

	Chicken: Grill chicken breasts for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked; the meat should be solid white throughout and the internal temperature will read 165 degrees F.
