Roasted Asparagus Asparagus roasted with balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
Ingredients

1 bunch Asparagus
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Clean and prep the asparagus and place it on the baking sheet. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until tender-crisp.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Shave the parmesan to sprinkle over the asparagus and serve.
