Grilled Pork Chops Glazed with Fig Spread


Grilled pork chops are complimented by the flavor of fig chutney.

Ingredients

6 Pork Chops, 7 oz. each
1 jar Fig Spread
Salt and Pepper

Directions

	Step 1: Place pork chops and 3/4 of a jar of Fig Spread in a plastic storage bag. Make sure the pork chops are nicely coated with the spread. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.

	Step 2: Preheat a grill. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on their thickness. Serve with a dollop of Fig Spread and your favorite seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.
