SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 40 Minutes
Ingredients

6 English Muffins
2 Tbsp. Butter
12 Eggs
1 cup Half and Half
1 package Canadian Bacon, diced
16 oz. Swiss Cheese, shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hot Sauce (optional)
Red Pepper flakes (optional)
1 pkg Hollandaise Sauce
Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Chop english muffins into cubes and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Melt butter and drizzle over the muffins. Whip eggs and half and half together. Add Canadian bacon and Swiss cheese to the egg mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper and if you like a little heat, add some red pepper flakes or hot pepper sauce. Pour on top of the muffins. Top with chopped parsley and paprika.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the egg bake is firm in the middle of the pan when pressed.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Prepare the Hollandaise sauce as directed on the package and serve with the egg bake.
